How refunds work for AI Social Finder credits.
Unused credits can be refunded on request. The refund covers the credits from a purchase that you have not used, in proportion to what you paid for that purchase.
Credits already used to unlock the results of a face search or username search are not refundable, including when the results were not what you hoped for.
If a search fails because of a problem on our side, the credit is returned to your balance automatically or on request.
If you were charged twice, or you paid and the credits did not arrive, email us and we will fix or refund it.
Email support@aisocialfinder.com from the address on your account and include the purchase date. We reply within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; bank processing times are outside our control.
